Land O’Lakes Crisp Coconut Sugar Cookies

Well happy new year everyone ! I hope this new year is a great one for all of you ! I always take advantage of the Black Friday sales and buy my Christmas and/or New Years Outfits! For some reason I was never really a lace kinda gal but when I spotted this dress at Kohl’s I thought it was the perfect dress for New Years!

I have been making these cookies since I was in High School and my family and friends love them! Here are my tips for making these cookies even better: I always add 2-3 cups of flour (maybe even more) instead of 1 3/4 because it’s easier for me to roll it out and be able to cut out perfect shapes. I also add a pinch of cinnamon and bit more almond extract than it says in the original recipe. I hope you and your family and friends enjoy these coconut sugar cookies!
